The subject at hand is suicide, David wrote this because he has experienced it with a loved one. The song, as said to be by Dan, is sung in the prospects that David is the Devil, telling the man (Also David) to surrender his soul in order to create a new life with that loved one. David talks about this as well before the video, but I urge. If you, or someone you know is on the verge or has talked about suicide, don't be afraid to call the Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

Yesterday, 2 May, 2008, Donald and Garrett have given a statement about what has happened. As many should know, their single "Price of Fame" was suppose to drop soon, but it failed. The other three members, TJ, Kelan and Justin left before this statement was given.

Today will remain a sad day, as to mourn the passing of SubmerseD. RIP SD.

"I know that all of you are wondering, what happened to SubmerseD? Well, the answers is....Alot......This buisness and struggle to make it took its toll on the members.....2 weeks before "Price of Fame" was slated for release, Tj , Kelan and Justin decided to move on with their lives and left SubmerseD. Garrett and I believeing in "Price of Fame" made the choice to press on and see what could happen. Well, nothing happened.....the single never had a chance.....fucking mind bottling....The fact is, is that a majority of our fanbase is unaccounted for due to Burning, making it impossible for the labels to understand just how many people really support us out there......When it comes down to it now, SubmerseD no longer has a place on Windup's roster and will be dropped shortly............I was trying to wait until things were a little more official before an announcement but you guys and gals are smart and I felt you deserved an explantion now rather than later........The music will never die and it's creators will press on.....follow the roads laid before you and it will lead you to the "Next Incarnation"......follow "The Voice" and the journey continues!!!!!!.......Remember, be patient and THANK YOU!!!! We have been truely blessed and AFFECTED,INFECTED by all of you....You have been our friends and family and we appericiate you so much for it!!! The first US date for this tour has to be canceled.

"Sad news for the fans who were planning to go to the concert in Sayreville, NJ on May 5th. Unfortunately, the band has to cancel the show due to circumstances beyond their control. The only suitable cargo flight from Mexico has been cancelled, which means that there is no way to get the backline transported to the venue in time. We are truly sorry about the cancellation."

Next month's (17 May, 2008) featured artist will be a band that hails from the same country Nightwish does; Apocalyptica. Files are in prep starting next week, but some excerpts can be given now. I appreciate how everyone is taking this new way of Flawed Legacy - and I wish that everyone will help make Flawed Legacy even better!
